i used to smoke ---> i smoked before but i gave up, i don't smoke anymore
i am used to smoking-----> smoking is my habitude currently
i am getting used to smoking-----> i'm in the process of having this habitude, i'm not addicted yet, but it is near
i got used to smoking-----> it's similar to the first one, but it is still continuing, there's a little difference between that and the second one but i can't explain, don't worry, this is not common
but if i give the example, i got used to working hard, i say i became accustomed to working hard in the past, so now, i can work hard too, because i know it, i have experienced it before.

i dont know very clearly but i think 'you r welcome ' is more polite ('rica ederim')..'not at all' means 'birşey değil'.

why isnt 'which' correct ?

you think it's relative clause, that is not something all different but not the same either
to be able to use ''which'', there should be a noun or something else in common

for instance you can say
.................... through their employer are in the first type which is called.......

but as you know in relative cl. there is smt in common in both of the sentences
but here, there isn't

(i think this example will solve your problem, because it is easier to see ''which'' is impossible here)
