I think you can watch lots of films with English subtitles first, and maybe 1 month later you can try to watch without subtitles.. It helped me a lot...

If you watch english films or tv series you can improve your listening skill but to speak is very different you must speak with someone in english otherwise it is so hard however you can find foreign friends from the internet. There are lots of website for it.
