Icindeki beyaz kismi 2 3 parcaya kirin 4 bardak su ile kisik ateste kaynatin rengi kırmızıya donecek. Siz ve esiniz sabah aksam 1er bardak icin yazmis. Ya da toz haline getirip balla yiyin ama cok sert oldugu icin zor yazmis.
