2eggs we separate one's yellow side
1glassfull sugar
1package baking powder
1package vanilla
enough powder
we put margarine in a bowl we put eggs and sugar on it.we start mold it(the margarin shouldn't be cold)we should continue to mold it then we put powder bakin powder and vanilla..it should be softer than ear(kulak memesinden biras daha yumuşak:roflol:sırnaşık şey) then we break of pieces and we aline them and smear the yellow side of egg then we send it to the owenhihoyyyt

Our brownie has a deliciousss and goodlooking and so tasty and so practical ... SAUCE hihoyyytcokacimcoook
First of all you should prepare the sauce
2glasses of milk
2spoons of powdered sugar
2spoons of cocoa
About a half of a square chocolate ( I used 1/2 of square bitter chocolate)
Put some water in a vessel on fire. After water boils, put chocolete in another case into the boiling water. And you should reduce the power of fire now. your chocolate will melt easily with the heat of water below :lepi: This method is called as " benmari" i think CADIARZU
Then put milk, powdered sugar and cocoa to a vessel on fire. Then pour your melted chocolate on it and mix it until it became to boiling point :lepi:
Your sauce is ready and it should be cold for pouring onto cake. We did it first to make it colder while we are preparing the cake.. Now put it on balconynaniknanik
For the cake:
4 eggs
2 glasses of sugar
2 glasses of flour
3 spoons of cocoa
1 glass of liquid oil
1 glass of milk
1 package of baking powder
1 package of vanilin
1/2 tea spoon of carbonate
Make every item be mixed :lepi:
The order of mine is that: Egg,sugar,milk,oil,flour,vanilin,baking powder,carbonate,cocoa
After you mix it, put into an oven that is heated before on 175C
You can check with a knife to be sure about the cake is cooked well or not
After you had cake cooked, then make slices of squares. You should have sauce cold and the cake warm. Pour you sauce on the cake and cover it a little bit. Unless you have tough crust on cake.
Then enjoy your brownie hihoyyyt

duygu you said you don't cook coz you're a student. do you live in dormitory or in your own house or with your family?
i was in a dorm and we had a kitchen in it. so i was making meals everyday. unless, we should pay lots of money everyday for them :1no2: so my 5 years in university did teach me a lot about cooking :içelim:
