Yep, right.
But, I was at intermediate level before university. In high school, I learned nearly all grammer of English, but I could not write, read and speak. Just grammer.
I enhanced my writing, reading and speaking skills in university.

Yes, these are good advices.
Here is another one from me. You should learn using dictionary. The large ones with example sentences. If you do this, you will learn the words and sentence structure.
If you do not understand my sentences, i will translate it.

As I remember, dictionaries of oxford are good. There are some "student dictionaries". These are also efficient.

Actually I am not learning how to speak english anymore but I am learning how to teach english
İt is my third year on the university and next year I will become a graduated teacher :)
The reason I posted here is just because I like chatting in English.
What about you? What do you expect from this topic? Just killing some time or learning new things?
