White by Vera Wang for David’s Bridal 2012 Collection is gorgeous. I first fell in love with these dresses when I saw the campaign ad in one of my many wedding magazines. I love the styling of the shoot, the wistful, dewy look of the model’s expression and the contrast between the gorgeous flowy dresses and the hard edge of what I can only imagine in my head is New York city’s most fabulous sky in the background and concrete structures in the foreground.
This bride is a high flying, stylish and successful girl who is potentially friends with Serena and Blair on Gossip Girl and she WILL wear a fabulous wedding dress. Reminiscent of Vera’s signature architectural gowns and play with hard and soft textures, the White by Vera Wang dresses are absolutely stunning and absolutely affordable. Prices range from $600 – 1400 and are available at David’s Bridal exclusively in the states, but they’d be well worth the trip if you’re a UK bride.
